Jenny is a workers' compensation paralegal who works for attorney, Mark Arden. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina with a major in Psychology. Jenny is from Irmo, SC and attended high school at Dutch Fork High School.

Erin Elam

Erin has been with Chappell, Smith & Arden since moving to South Carolina in 2003. She is paralegal to Bill Smith and Beau Busch in the workers' compensation area. She earned a BA in Communication Arts and Political Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC (recent three-time NCAA, Division I-AA Football Champs - Go Apps!) and a paralegal certificate from Meredith College. Erin was born and raised in North Carolina where she worked as a paralegal for many years in family law, criminal law, personal injury, and trademarks. Erin has one son who is a senior at Appalachian State University and four incredible dogs, one wonderful horse, one spectacular pony, and a donkey named Radar. Erin lives on a mini-farm near Columbia where she practices natural horsemanship.

Chris is a paralegal to Bill Smith and Beau Busch as well as the Chappell, Smith & Arden office administrator. Chris received her bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Wesleyan College. She is married with two grown sons, and is an animal lover.
