Chappell Smith & Arden PA is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew Fajardo has joined the firm.
Fajardo is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney who has argued cases and handled appellate work before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission and the appellate courts. He has focused his legal career almost exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation.

Fajardo earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from USC in 2006 and previously attended the South Carolina Governor’s School of the Arts in Greenville, SC. A member of the American Bar Association,South Carolina Bar Association and Richland County Bar Association, Fajardo is admitted to practice in South Carolina courts.
