The legal team at Chappell Smith & Arden, P.A. is proud to announce that attorney Peter Leventis has been named by Columbia Business Monthly as one of their “Legal Elite” in the Workers’ Compensation practice area.
Peter has successfully represented clients in hundreds of Workers’ Compensation cases. He has argued and litigated all types work injury cases, including those stemming from occupational exposure, repetitive trauma, and brain injuries. He also handles Workers’ Compensation matters that involve third party liens and subrogation claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter was commissioned as a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service, where he was assigned to the New York field office, serving in both special protective and investigative missions for the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Columbia Business Monthly has honored Midlands attorneys with its Legal Elite feature since 2010. Honorees are chosen peer votes, and the publication highlights those attorneys with the most votes in 20 categories. Attorneys are not permitted to vote for themselves; and while attorneys are permitted to nominate members of their own firms, they must name an out-of-firm nomination for each in-firm nomination that is made.
